Affirming Ministry

Cummer Avenue United Church is an Affirming ministry. As such, we strive to be a welcoming and safer space for all who express their identities in 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. People of all sexual orientations and gender identities are welcome to participate in all our programs and services.

 

2SLGBTQIA+ folx looking for support, connection and belonging may consider attending QUEERSPACE which meets at Cummer on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from 2-4pm. This is a friendly group of people who identify as queer and who range in age from 20’s to 80’s. For information see the “Other Groups” section under our Community tab.
