FITNESS
Fitness Class
Here is an opportunity for members of the local community to participate in a fun fitness session of low impact aerobics and general strengthening exercises. Classes are run by an qualified instructor and are held in the Gym at the church. All you need is a good pair of running shoes and comfortable exercise clothing, an exercise mat, weights of your choosing and plenty of drinking water. The fee is just $70 for 10 sessions.
Wednesdays evenings from
7:30pm to 8:30pm.

YOGA
Yoga Group
An opportunity for members of the local community to participate in a low impact yoga class, suitable for all levels. Classes are held upstairs in the church; bring a yoga mat. There is a fee of $18.00 per class, and lower priced packages are available. Two classes are held
Wednesdays morning at 9:30am to 10:45am
and 11:30am to 12:45am.
